Scripture tells us again and again to do things as though we are doing them for the Lord, living our entire life as an act of worship. If we are really living our life wholeheartedly for Jesus, it should show up in everything. From the way we care for our things all the way up to the way we care for His people. The word tells us to seek to be perfect like the Father, to be more like Jesus. It also tells us we can only do this through the power of the Holy Spirit living within us. This way of life produces excellence in all things we do, showing others we belong to the Father in Heaven and He is worthy of our devotion and worship.
